Los Angeles partner Lauren Blas and Washington, D.C. partner David Fotouhi were named among Law360’s Rising Stars for 2021 in their respective practice areas of Employment and Environmental law. The list, featuring “attorneys under 40 whose legal accomplishments transcend their age,” was published on May 31, 2021.
Lauren Blas’s practice focuses on class actions, labor and employment litigation, and complex commercial litigation in the trial courts and on appeal. She represents clients in class actions in state and federal court and has litigated a wide range of appellate matters as well.
David Fotouhi represents the firm’s clients in enforcement actions, regulatory challenges, and other environmental litigation. He has provided legal counsel and managed defensive litigation under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) and every major environmental statute.
