Law360 Names Mark Perry 2014 MVP in Appellate

December 3, 2014

Law360 has named Washington, D.C. partner Mark Perry among its 2014 list of MVPs in the Appellate category.  The list profiles those “elite attorneys whose successes in high-stakes litigation, record-breaking deals and complex global matters earned them a spot on this year’s list of MVP award winners.”  Perry was featured for his U.S. Supreme Court victory that "shook the patent world to its core" on behalf of CLS Bank International that determined abstract ideas implemented using a computer aren’t eligible for a patent.  He is one of six lawyers nationwide featured in the category. The list of Law360 MVPs was published on November 18, 2014, and Perry’s profile [PDF] was published on December 3, 2014.
