Law360 has named partner Miguel Estrada among its 2013 list of MVPs in both Appellate and Class Actions. The list of MVPs featured attorneys in 26 practice areas “whose exemplary work on critical litigation, mammoth deals and first-of-their-kind global matters earned them a spot” on the list. Estrada is one of eight attorneys featured in the appellate category and one of three in the class actions category. He is featured for successfully representing Comcast in a consumer class action convincing the U.S. Supreme Court to strengthen the requirements for Rule 23 class certification.
