Anna Aguillard Squitieri

Associate Attorney

Anna Squitieri is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson Dunn. Her practice focuses on white collar and government investigations—with an emphasis on criminal antitrust enforcement—as well as congressional investigations and complex civil litigation. She regularly represents companies in grand jury investigations before the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, in consumer protection matters before the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, and in investigations before House and Senate committees.

Anna has prepared senior executives and institutional leaders for congressional testimony, depositions, and government interviews. She has drafted dispositive and reply briefing that secured favorable rulings for clients in high-stakes litigation, class actions, and arbitration.

She also maintains an active pro bono practice. In 2023, along with co-counsel, she secured the release of a client sentenced to life in prison by a non-unanimous jury in Louisiana. She also serves as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem, representing children in custody cases brought in D.C. Family Court.

She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center where she served as Senior Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. She earned her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Wofford College.

Anna is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
