Marie Baldwin

Associate Attorney

Marie Baldwin is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, finance, and capital markets.

Marie graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was named a Chancellor-at-Large in recognition of having one of the highest GPAs in her class after two years. Marie served as an Associate Editor for the Texas Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While at Texas Law, she was a judicial intern for Justice Evan Young of the Supreme Court of Texas and was a research assistant to Professor Jens Dammann. Marie graduated magna cum laude from Washington & Lee University with a degree in Psychology. Before practicing law, she was a litigation paralegal for Baker Botts L.L.P. in their Washington, D.C. office.
