BIOGRAPHY

Caitlin Dortch is a corporate associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where she currently practices in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.

Caitlin received her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 2019, where she served as a staff editor on the Journal of Law and Business. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, with Honors, in English from UCLA. Caitlin also holds a Master of Arts degree in English from New York University.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Caitlin was an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of an international law firm in New York.

Caitlin is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Colorado.
