Liza Goncharov is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices in the firm’s Real Estate Department.
Ms. Goncharov earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she served on the Interdisciplinary Law Journal and as a member of the International Human Rights Clinic. During law school, she externed in the U.S. Court for the Central District of California for federal magistrate Judge Andrew W. Wistrich, and prior to law school also interned for presiding judge of the California Santa Barbara Superior Court, the Honorable Brian Hill, for three years.
Prior to law school, Ms. Goncharov graduated with highest honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Goncharov practiced as a litigation associate at Hogan Lovells US LLP in Los Angeles, representing clients in complex commercial litigation.
Ms. Goncharov is admitted to practice in the State of California.
