BIOGRAPHY
Oliver is an English law qualified solicitor in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions team.
He has a broad range of corporate transactional and general advisory experience, with a primary focus on private equity and private M&A. Post-qualification, Oliver was seconded to IPI Partners, a private equity client of the firm, where he worked on transactional and general corporate advisory matters.
Oliver read History at Durham University before completing his training contract at Gibson Dunn.
