Andy Hogan is a partner in the New York office of Gibson Dunn and a member of the firm’s Finance and Investment Funds Practice Groups.
Andy represents investment funds, fund sponsors and lenders in a broad range of complex fund-level and fund-adjacent financing transactions, including subscription, NAV and hybrid facilities, asset-based and special purpose vehicle financings, rated note and collateralized fund obligation transactions, and other financings utilizing structured finance and securitization techniques.
His practice spans both traditional fund finance products and more bespoke financing structures, and he advises clients on the structuring, negotiation and execution of new transactions, as well as refinancings, amendments and other ongoing financing matters.
Andy was named a “Rising Star” by the Fund Finance Association in 2023, recognizing the next generation of leaders in the fund finance industry.
Andy received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Brandeis University in 2011 and his Juris Doctor, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2014.
