Jordan Holsinger

Associate Attorney

Jordan Holsinger is an associate in the Denver office and currently practices in the firm’s Corporate Transactions Practice Group.

He graduated from the University of Colorado Law School where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. While at the University of Colorado, Jordan served as an Editor for the University of Colorado Law Review, participated in Entrepreneurial Law Clinic where he advised Colorado-based startups, and was a Teaching Assistant for Contracts and Property. Prior to attending law school, Jordan was a Fellow at the Yale Center for Environmental Law and Policy. He received his Master of Science in Land Resources and Environmental Science from Montana State University where he was a Molecular Bioscience Fellow and his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Chemistry and Biology from Hillsdale College where he was awarded the Marsden Prize for outstanding research.

Jordan is admitted to practice law in Colorado.
