Patrick Kennedy

Associate Attorney

Patrick Kennedy is an associate in Gibson Dunn’s Washington, D.C. office where he practices in the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Practice Group.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Patrick worked in the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Douglas Ginsburg of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the Honorable Duane Benton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the Honorable Marvin Aspen of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Patrick graduated from Stanford Law School in 2019. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics, both from the University of Illinois Chicago, as well as a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from The University of Kansas.

Patrick is admitted to practice in both Illinois and the District of Columbia.
