BIOGRAPHY
Theodore Kristek is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He practices in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, antitrust law, congressional investigations, and complex commercial litigation.
He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2019, where he was a member of the Criminal Defense Clinic and the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of International Law. He graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Economics and in Foreign Affairs.
Theodore is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
