Justin Lin is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He practices in the firm’s Litigation Department and is a member of the White Collar Defense and Investigations practice group.
His experience includes representing clients in internal and government investigations involving the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and other enforcement agencies. He has also represented clients in class action and other complex commercial litigation matters.
Justin previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Tiffany M. Cartwright of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
He received his law degree, cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he served as a managing editor of the Cornell International Law Journal. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, with departmental honors, from the University of California, Berkeley, where he majored in Political Economy, History, and Development Studies.
