BIOGRAPHY

Justin Lin is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Mr. Lin received his J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 2019, where he served as a Managing Editor for the Cornell International Law Journal.  During law school, he represented asylum seekers through Cornell’s Advanced Asylum and Convention Against Torture Appellate Clinic and conducted human rights research in Asia as a Berger Fellow for International and Comparative Legal Studies.

He earned his B.A., with Departmental Honors, in Political Economy, History, and Development Studies, with a minor in Public Policy, from the University of California, Berkeley in 2014.

Mr. Lin is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
