Lydia Lulkin is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and securities litigation, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, breach-of-contract disputes, and antitrust actions. Lydia has substantial experience representing clients at all stages of litigation from early motion practice through appeal.
Lydia also maintains an active pro bono practice. Lydia currently represents an individual bringing excessive force and municipal liability claims under Section 1983 in a lawsuit pending in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Lydia has also represented individuals in applications for asylum, T-Visas, and U-Visas.
Lydia earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Colorado Law Review. She received the George Bermant Award for Best Student Work in Securities Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Vermont.
Before joining Gibson Dunn, Lydia clerked for the Honorable William W. Hood, III, of the Colorado Supreme Court. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado.
