BIOGRAPHY

Peter Madden is an associate attorney in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.  He is a member of the firm’s Business Restructuring and Reorganization and Global Finance Practice Groups.

Mr. Madden is a restructuring and insolvency lawyer with experience in advising creditors, debtors and strategic investors on a range of transactions including restructurings and workouts, enforcement and insolvency proceedings, distressed debt investing, special situation financing and insolvency-related litigation.

In addition, he has significant experience in banking and finance transactions, with a particular focus on distressed debt financings.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Madden has worked in London, Paris and Sydney.

Mr. Madden earned his Master of Laws in International Banking and Finance Law from University College London in 2013 and received his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney in 2010.  He is a dual-qualified solicitor, admitted to practice in England & Wales and Australia.
