Jacqueline Malzone is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she currently practices in the firm’s Technology Transactions Practice Group.
She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Malzone graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and minors in Theatre and Education. She was also an Eagleton Undergraduate Associate, earning a certificate in American Politics, while at Rutgers.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Jacqueline practiced with the firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as a member of the Corporate and M&A groups, from 2019 to 2021.
She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
