Gibson Dunn advised Tower Arch Capital, a growth-oriented middle market private equity firm, and its portfolio company, Creedence Energy Services, a leading independent provider of production and midstream chemical solutions that support asset integrity and optimize performance across critical energy infrastructure, on the successful recapitalization of Creedence Energy Services by Monomoy Capital Partners.
