BIOGRAPHY

Eve Mrozek is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  She is a member of the Firm’s Investment Funds Practice Group.

Ms. Mrozek advises private fund sponsors and investors in a broad range of matters, including forming, managing, and operating private funds. Ms. Mrozek’s practice focuses on representing sponsors in the formation and structuring of US and global private investment funds, including buyout funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds, power and energy funds, co-investment funds, credit opportunity and other debt funds.  She has experience with private funds, investors, and investments throughout the world, including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Ms. Mrozek also advises on a wide variety of matters related to private funds, including co-investments, internal sponsor arrangements, structuring portfolio company investments and exits, regulatory and compliance matters, and secondary transactions, as well as joint ventures and other strategic partnerships and transactions.

Ms. Mrozek received her Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration in 2013 from Villanova University, where she served as the Managing Editor of Outside Articles of the Villanova Law Review.  She graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif.  Ms. Mrozek received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University in 2010.

Ms. Mrozek is admitted to practice in the State of New York and State of New Jersey.
