Tine Marie Bodholdt Rasmussen is a Danish qualified lawyer and a member of the Danish bar, based in the Brussels office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Practice Group and specializes in EU and Danish competition law.
Her practice covers all areas of competition law, with a strong focus on abuse of dominance, merger control filings, cartel enforcement, compliance issues and other behavioral matters.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Tine trained and practiced as a competition law associate at several reputable Danish law firms. Among others, she has experience within telecommunications, technology, and the financial sector, as well as regulatory matters.
Tine graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 2014 and has obtained an LL.M. degree in competition law from King’s College London in 2019.
She is a native Danish speaker, fluent in English and has good command of the Scandinavian languages.
