Layla Reynolds is an associate in the New York office of Gibson Dunn. She is a member of the firm’s International Trade Advisory and Enforcement, Sanctions and Export Enforcement, Government Contracts, and White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups.
Layla earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 2025, where she was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team, a RISE Fellow, and a LENS Scholar. She was also involved with the National Security Law Society, Student Bar Association, Women’s Legal Alliance, and First Generation Student Union.
Layla graduated with High Distinction from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with minors in Business Law and Management. Prior to law school, Layla worked as a law clerk for the University of Minnesota’s Student Legal Services, where she concentrated on civil rights defense advocacy. She also worked for a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing poverty reduction legislation.
Layla is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
