Holly Rooke is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She practices in the firm’s litigation department, where she focuses on complex commercial litigation, securities litigation and enforcement, mergers and acquisitions, and internal investigations.  She is recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America  for Commercial Litigation, and Litigation – Securities, and has been listed in the publication since 2021.

Holly earned her law degree in 2013 from the University of Colorado School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Spanish from Colby College in 2008, graduating magna cum laude  and with distinction in both majors.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Holly clerked for the Honorable Nathan B. Coats of the Colorado Supreme Court.

Holly is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and Colorado Women’s Bar Association.
