Stephanie Roualet is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department.
Her practice is primarily focused on commercial real estate matters. Stephanie represents institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, developers and operators, lenders and borrowers, REITs, and opportunity and private equity funds in a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings and development of, and joint ventures in connection with, commercial, hospitality and residential properties.
Stephanie received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. While attending USC Law, she served as a member of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and published “Examining O’Donnabhain v. Commissioner, 134 T.C. No. 4 (2010): Sex Reassignment Surgery as a Tax Deductible Medical Expense,” 21 S. CAL. INTERDISC. L.J. 603 (2012). Stephanie was also awarded the AmJur award in Mortgage Law. During her final year in law school, she studied abroad in London.
