BIOGRAPHY

Alana Siegel is a corporate associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  She is a member of Gibson Dunn’s Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups.  Alana represents private equity sponsors (including their portfolio companies) across all industries in connection with all aspects of their domestic and cross-border M&A activities.  She has extensive experience working with private equity sponsors in a variety of transactions.
