Qingxiang Toh is an attorney in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Global Financial Regulatory and Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Innovation Practice Groups.
Qingxiang advises clients across the Asia Pacific region on a broad range of regulatory and commercial matters, including financial regulations, asset management, product counseling, cybersecurity, data protection, media regulations, and licensing matters. He has experience advising financial institutions, digital asset exchanges and issuers, decentralized autonomous organizations, e-money and payment service providers, technology corporations, entertainment conglomerates, and emerging growth companies.
He is a member of the Cybersecurity & Data Protection Committee of the Law Society of Singapore and is a certified information privacy professional (CIPP/A and CIPP/E).
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Qingxiang was an in-house counsel at a digital assets startup where he had experience advising on a spectrum of regulatory, corporate and commercial, data protection, intellectual property, and employment matters.
Qingxiang received his Bachelor of Laws with Honors from the University of Nottingham in 2017. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
