Bradley R. Wilson is a litigation partner in the New York office of Gibson Dunn and a member of the firm's Securities Litigation and Trials practices. His practice covers the waterfront of complex commercial disputes, including litigation and arbitrations arising from corporate transactions as well as securities class actions, contract disputes, derivative actions, and proxy contest and corporate control litigation.
Brad’s representative engagements include successfully defending OpenAI and its senior executives in a multi-week federal jury trial in California; representing the Haslam family in expedited Delaware litigation arising from the sale of Pilot Travel Centers to Berkshire Hathaway; and obtaining a favorable award for the investment manager of a global investment company following an arbitration conducted under the ICC’s international rules.*
Brad was recognized by Lawdragon as one of the 500 Leading Litigators in America in 2026 and as one of the 500 Leading Lawyers in America in 2025. He received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Cornell Law School, graduating first in his class. Brad received his B.S., magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University. After law school, Brad clerked for the Honorable Maryanne Trump Barry of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He was recently invited to join the Cornell Law School Dean’s Advisory Council.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Brad was a partner in the New York office of a major law firm.
