Finn Zeidler is a partner in the Frankfurt office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense and Investigations and Litigation Groups.
Mr. Zeidler focuses his litigation practice on white collar defense, regulatory investigations and compliance matters that often have cross-border elements, as well as corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on securities and post-M&A disputes. He has significant experience in the banking and finance industry.
Mr. Zeidler is ranked for Compliance and listed as a Recognized Practitioner for Dispute Resolution: White-Collar Crime: Corporate Advisory by Chambers Europe Germany 2019. He is also “recommended” for Dispute Resolution (JUVE 2016/2017 and Legal 500 Deutschland) and White-Collar Crime and Compliance (JUVE 2018/2019).
