Meryl Young Named Among Most Influential in Orange County

Orange County partner Meryl Young was recognized by the Orange County Business Journal’s in the OC500, a list of the most influential people in Orange County The guide notes her as a ”top female litigator” and one of  “California’s top 30” litigators.  The OC500 was published on July 12, 2019.

Meryl Young is Co-Chair of the firm’s Securities Litigation Practice Group.  Her practice focuses on complex business and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on securities and merger and acquisition litigation and related government investigations.  She represents companies, directors and officers, and accounting firms in class actions, shareholder derivative suits and professional liability actions in both state and federal courts.  She has also handled a wide variety of other types of business litigation, including cases involving contract disputes, unfair business practices, misappropriation of trade secrets and other business torts, trademark and patent infringement, antitrust, real estate, employment and insurance issues.
