Associate Attorney

Kevin Mills is an associate in the New York office of Gibson Dunn where he is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Practice Group. He represents public and private companies in a broad range of capital markets transactions including investment grade debt offerings, initial public offerings, and at-the-market programs.

Kevin is recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America 2026-2027 for his work in Securities / Capital Markets Law.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor in 2022 from New York University School of Law, where he served as a Development Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 2019.
