The National Law Journal named Washington, D.C. partner Molly Senger among its 2021 D.C. Rising Stars, featuring 40 attorneys who have “proven their mettle where it counts, representing high-profile clients and securing high-dollar victories.” The winners were recognized at an awards event on October 20, 2021.
Molly Senger has represented clients in a wide range of employment litigation matters, including cases involving allegations of trade secret misappropriation, wage-and-hour violations, whistleblowing, race, age, and disability discrimination, and sexual harassment. She has represented employers in federal district and appellate courts across the country, as well as in arbitration and mediation, and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other federal and state agencies.
