Noam Haberman Named to GlobeSt. 50 Under 40

GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum recognized New York partner Noam Haberman as one of its 2019 50 Under 40, a list of the “best and brightest professionals of the next generation” in the commercial real estate industry.  The publication noted, “they are the superstars who have stood out from the pack and will likely be at the helm of the organizations of the future.”  The list was published on October 9, 2019.

Noam Haberman’s practice focuses on the representation of banks and funds as both borrowers and lenders on the origination, purchase and sale of balance sheet, securitized, syndicated, mezzanine, preferred equity and corporate loans across all real estate asset classes.  He has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating complex financing arrangements for loans that present underwriting challenges.  In addition,  he has substantial experience working out individual loans and entire capital structures for both lenders and borrowers as well as exercising remedies on behalf of lenders and counseling borrowers through insolvency proceedings.  His practice includes representing institutional investors on joint venture agreements, acquisitions and developments.
