London partner Sacha Harber-Kelly was awarded a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for services to the Serious Fraud office, in particular in the investigation and prosecution of fraud, bribery and corruption and his contribution to the development, implementation and deployment of Deferred Prosecution Agreements in England and Wales. The list was published on December 29, 2017.
