Partner Ted Boutrous discussed NPR’s lawsuit against the Trump administration on the broadcaster’s “Morning Edition” program. The lawsuit is a response to an executive order attempting to halt any federal funds from going to NPR or PBS.

Ted is representing NPR in the lawsuit and said that the executive order is “as blatant First Amendment violation as you can have” and that “the purpose of the First Amendment is to allow the American people to get the information they need to govern themselves.”
