The Recorder named Gibson Dunn the overall winner of the 2017 Corporate Department of the Year, which “honors firms whose California lawyers worked on the biggest, most complex and trendsetting deals this past year.” Gibson Dunn was selected for its “overall excellence in cross-border and domestic M&A”.
