Gibson Dunn of counsel James C. Ho is the author of "The Supreme Court’s Renewed Interest in Antitrust and Intellectual Property Law" [PDF] published in the ABA Antitrust Litigator. The essay is adapted from a speech given by Mr. Ho on July 17, 2007 to the Antitrust & Trade Regulation Section of the Dallas Bar Association. Mr. Ho delivered similar speeches to other audiences throughout the summer and fall of 2007, including the Appellate Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association, the Harris County Civil District Judicial Conference, and the University of Chicago Law School.
