The Daily Journal named Los Angeles partner Theane Evangelis Kapur to its annual list of the Top 20 California Attorneys Under 40. Kapur was selected for her work on the constitutional challenge to Proposition 8, California’s ban on same-sex marriage. The publication also highlighted her representations of plaintiffs in the constitutional challenge of California’s teacher tenure laws and Hewlett-Packard in a putative nationwide class action.
