California Lawyer featured partners Theodore Boutrous and Marcellus McRae as honorees in its 2014 California Lawyer Attorney of the Year Awards. Boutrous and McRae are featured for their work winning a landmark civil rights decision protecting children’s fundamental right to education by striking down California’s teacher tenure and dismissal statutes as unconstitutional. The CLAY Awards featured 62 attorneys in 17 areas of practice based on their achievements in the legal field in 2014. The honorees will be featured in the March 2015 issue of California Lawyer.
