National Law Journal named Eduardo Gallardo and M. Sean Royall among its 2015 Mergers & Acquisitions and Antitrust Trailblazers. Gallardo was recognized for his work for Related Companies and Corvex and Transatlantic Holdings. Royall was recognized for his involvement in many notable mergers and antitrust litigations over the past two-plus decades, and more recently, his role in the dismissal of two significant cases against Sanofi-Aventis and Allergan.
