Bastidas v. Good Samaritan Hospital LP [PDF], where the Gibson Dunn team won a unanimous verdict in a civil rights case with important implications for the ability of medical staffs to properly censor doctors, was recognized as one of the 20 cases in the Top Defense Verdicts list
