Washington, D.C. associate Caroline Ziser Smith received The ABA Antitrust Law Section’s 2022 Outstanding Performance Award in recognition for “her 8+ years’ work on the notoriously labor-intensive Cartel Conference, which she continued this year despite ‘also’ being Vice Chair of the notoriously labor-intensive Sprint Meeting.” It was noted, “Taking on two of the Section’s toughest jobs at once and sustaining a commitment to one program over the better part of a decade, is the type of ‘above and beyond’ effort that the Outstanding Performance Awards are designed to recognize.” The award was presented at the Antitrust Section’s 2022 meeting in August 2022.

Caroline Ziser Smith has extensive experience advising multi-national corporate clients across a number of industries, including the financial services and automotive industries. She focuses on complex multi-jurisdictional investigations, concerning fraud and antitrust issues in particular.
