The Los Angeles Business Journal named Los Angeles partners Bradley Hamburger and Katherine Smith to its “Thriving In Their 40’s: LA’s Leaders of Influence” list. The list was published on December 19, 2022.
Brad Hamburger’s practice focuses on class actions and complex litigation across many areas of law, including employment, insurance, antitrust, consumer fraud, products liability, legal malpractice, and administrative law, in both trial courts and on appeal.
Katherine Smith is Co-Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. Her practice focuses on high stakes litigation matters such as large-scale class actions, actions brought under the California Private Attorney General Act (PAGA), whistleblower retaliation cases, and executive disputes.
