Munich partner Mark Zimmer is co-author of “Die Rolle des Betriebsrats beim Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz,” [PDF] published in the issue 22/2023 of the German publication Betriebs-Berater, together with Simon Millfahrt. The article focuses on the role of works councils in the German Whistleblower Protection Act, which was adopted in May 2023, thereby implementing the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive.
