Gibson Dunn advised Berkshire Residential Investments, a vertically integrated real estate investment manager specializing in U.S. multifamily real estate, on the successful final close of Berkshire Multifamily Credit Fund IV, L.P., raising $1.86 billion in commitments, exceeding its target fund size.
The Gibson Dunn investment funds team was led by partners Roger Singer and Eve Mrozek and included associates Tom Rossidis, Fiona Xin, and Virinchi Sindhwani. Partner Pamela Lawrence Endreny, of counsel Kate Long, and associate Emily Risher Brooks advised on tax aspects.
