Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that partners Thomas H. Dupree Jr. and Julian W. Poon will serve as Co-Chairs of the Appellate and Constitutional Law Practice Group alongside partner and current Co-Chair Allyson Ho.

The Appellate and Constitutional Law Practice Group will be led by an unequaled team of practitioners:
Dupree previously served in the U.S. Department of Justice. He was appointed Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division, and later served as Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General.
Dupree graduated cum laude from Williams College, and with honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where he served as an editor of The University of Chicago Law Review. After law school, he clerked for Judge Jerry E. Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Ho graduated magna cum laude from Duke University, from Rice University with a Ph.D. in English Literature and from the University of Chicago Law School with high honors. She was a member of The University of Chicago Law Review and Order of the Coif.
Poon graduated summa cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1999, receiving the Fay Diploma for placing first in his class, after graduating with distinction and with honors from Stanford University. He served as a note editor of the Harvard Law Review.
