Gibson Dunn Represents Underwriters in $677 Million IPO of WaterBridge Infrastructure

In what is the largest IPO in the energy industry since 2019, Gibson Dunn represented JP Morgan, Barclays, and all underwriters in the $677 million initial public offering of WaterBridge Infrastructure — the first company with an IPO to directly list on the NYSE Texas.
WaterBridge is a leading integrated, pure-play water infrastructure company with operations predominantly in the Delaware Basin (a subset of the Permian Basin), the most prolific oil and natural gas basin in North America. The company operates the largest produced water infrastructure network in the U.S., providing water management solutions to oil and natural gas exploration and production companies under long-term contracts that include gathering, transporting, recycling, and handling produced water.
