Washington, D.C. partner Helgi Walker was among the 45 new members elected by the American Law Institute (ALI). ALI’s mission is “clarifying the law through Restatements, Principles, and Model Codes.” The election was announced on December 23, 2019.
Helgi Walker’s work focuses on appellate, regulatory and complex litigation matters. She has extensive experience in appellate challenges to agency rulemakings, particularly in the telecommunications space, and in other high-stakes commercial litigation.
