India Business Law Journal has named Jai Pathak to its 2019 International A-List, featuring “the top 100 India-focused lawyers at international firm.” The list was published on April 11, 2019.
Jai Pathak is the Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Singapore office and the Pacific Asia region. He has extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, dispositions, privatizations, joint ventures, licensing, infrastructure development, as well as private equity and structured finance transactions. He has significant experience in the telecommunications, IT, banking, hospitality, oil/gas, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. His clients have included governments, financial institutions, investment banks, multinational companies and U.S., European, and Asian companies.
