Benjamin Z. Bistricer is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice.
Mr. Bistricer has experience litigating in a wide range of technologies, including representing medical device manufacturers, consumer goods manufacturers, and security software companies.
Mr. Bistricer earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2017, where he served as a Law Counselor in the Detkin IP & Technology Legal Clinic and Production Editor of the Journal of Business Law.
