Emily Bucholtz is a litigation associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s New York office.
Emily earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2023, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Emily served as an editorial board member of the Virginia Law Review and the Virginia Journal of Law & Technology. She was also a member of the school's Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and served on the board of Virginia Law Women. Emily received her B.S.B.A. in Finance and B.S. in Psychology from the Ohio State University, summa cum laude, in 2019.
Before joining Gibson Dunn, Emily served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth F. Ripple of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
