BIOGRAPHY
Alwyn Chan is an attorney in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group.
Alwyn has experience advising on corporate/commercial and employment matters.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, he was an associate with a leading Singapore law firm.
Alwyn received his Bachelor of Arts (Law) from the University of Cambridge in 2018. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
