Rym Gouizi is an associate in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she serves as member of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group.

Rym specializes in employment law and social security issues, seamlessly advising French and international clients on issues related to both collective and individual work relationships.

She has advised clients in a wide array of sectors, including most recently automotive, glassware, telecom, pharmaceutical and security, on both advisory and litigation matters. Her scope includes advice in the context of clients’ daily activities (collective agreements, employment contract terminations, relations with employee representatives) and strategic operations, such as restructuring (collective redundancy plans), transfer or closure of business, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Rym also brings experience in social tax matters with URSSAF.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn in 2022, she practiced with Actance for three years.

Admitted to the Paris bar since 2020, Rym graduated from University Paris X – Nanterre with a master’s degree in labor and social welfare law.

She speaks French and English fluently.
